PAYMENT TERMS
Pay the full amount by the date stated through the on the invoice.

All payments are non-refundable and prefered to be made through Stripe. Stripe is a secure payment method you can use to make a payment online. You only need a credit card to make a payment.

If for any reason the payment has been declined, an immediate message will be displayed. If there are any queries you may need to contact Stripe for further assistance.

If Eunoia Ventures has not received payment by the date stated on the invoice then they reserve the right to cancel any participation agreement.

EUNOIA VENTURES' LIABILITY

Eunoia Ventures accepts no liability for any direct, special, indirect, consequential, exemplary or punitive losses or damages, or any other damages whatsoever resulting from whatever cause through the use of any information and opinions obtained either directly or indirectly from Eunoia Ventures' website or any other website accessed through or referred to on this website.

This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
